The Warren Commission is NOT the latest on the JFK assassination. The latest was concluded by the House Committee on Assassinations in 1978. This new investigation was prompted because of Nasa's JPL using the latest technology to analyze the audio tape from the motor cycle policeman. It was determined that because they were able to determine that there were at least 4 shots there had to be a second gunman. But there was no connection established between this second gunman and Lee Harvey Oswald. They just happen to decide to shoot the president at the exact moment in history and the exact same location.
