Of course it's for fleet management. Wadda y'think? You go to the local hardware store and afix it to your dog in order to monitor -- for the sheer joy of it -- his nightly travels? Stick it to your kid's forehead to watch them come home from school. Attatch it to your wife's ass to see if she's rubbin' ribs with the Jiffy Lube mechanic over at the Stay 'n Save?
