RE: LU and inefficiency I am in constant contact with a small team of consultants that looked at LU a couple of years ago, specifically regarding the efficiency of the operation. They came back thinking that A) the operation had horrible, horrible inefficiencies that held back profitability and B) the technology inside the company was such that if they ever got a CEO with gumption, the income statement had the potential to make a quantum leap. Things haven't changed in the past two years.
