Frank, with regards to this statement below: <In order to get at the "bandwidth" that lies dormant within those fibers, it's going to take lots of engineering, and even greater amounts of planning and implementation. All of this translates into a tremendous amount of additional capital outlays at all levels of carrier infrastructure... > when you refer to getting to the bandwidth, are you referring to the creation and sale of the applications, or are you talking about the lighting up of dark fiber, etc.? Please elaborate.
