Les, the Russian government has a long-standing tradition of defaulting on it's debts; right now it is estimated that the entire income of the government would be needed to service it's debts. if anyone thinks they won't default again, better think again. it doesn't matter how much good money the IMF throws after the bad, Russia is just one big black hole. regards, hb
