Rich1 - Wit Capital is the distributor of CMGi DSP shares. You need to open an account with Wit to be eligible to be on the receiving end of any IPOs from CMGi.

The requirements at the time of ENGA (they could change) included a minimum of 100 shares of CMGi as of June 15. There were other restrictions such as: had to be a resident of the US, living in the US; CMGi shares had to be in your name (or street name), but could not be in the kids name, in a 401k, etc.

You could ask for 100 to 500 shares, but I don't believe anybody got more than 100.

The number of CMGi shares you held played no part in the number of shares to which you were entitled.

CMGi shareholders purchasing through the DSP were exempt from the Wit Capital flipping policy.
