Checked the Bond Yield just a minute ago 6.17 %, I think today will be interesting for Tech's. Getting back to your question, it appears someone was trying to keep the price high to offload some shares but with no news coming soon to influence the techs in a positive way, we should see a downward move in the markets (watch the bond yield, I am using any strength to sell as I believe that will be able to buy at discount later this month).
