TG, there are more companies "getting the E" than not. I suspect some of those unfortunate companies want to comply with the SEC, but questions didn't get answered in time because they waited until the last minute to submit their 10's. Once the questions get resolved they should get re-listed. I'm thinking if there is an extension that goes past the companies designated month, any replies from that company will go to the bottom of the priority list because the SEC has to follow their schedule with next months batch of companies. Since I can't verify this (at the moment) I could be wrong. Perhaps I should'a IMO'd the statement. If time permits, I'll try to find the source. DuGen
