yousef, RE: upgrades on intel from solomon smith barney and pwj!!! Neither analyst upgraded INTC today; rather, both reiterated their buy recommendations. SSB analyst upgraded INTC 2 weeks ago. Lazlo at PWJ was a lot more timely, upgrading INTC back in April '998 when the stock was 39.
