| WORKFIRE.COM, INC. TO UNVEIL GENETIC CACHING IN SAN FRANCISCO THIS WEEK 
 Scottsdale, AZ – August 2, 1999 – Workfire.com, Inc.'s (OTC BB:  WKFR) President, Tom Taylor, will be in San Francisco from Tuesday August 3, 1999 until Friday August 6, 1999.  On Thursday, August 5, 1999, M&A West, Inc. (OTC BB: MAWI) will host Mr. Taylor for a demonstration of his company's Internet technology in the Business Wire conference room in San Francisco, California.
 
 The Business Wire building is at 44 Montgomery Street in downtown San Francisco; the conference room where the demonstration will take place is on the 39th floor.  The event begins promptly at 1:30 p.m.  Refreshments will be served.
 
 Due to the delicate nature of this technological advancement, this demonstration will only be open to analysts, venture capital funds and investment bankers.  He will be demonstrating the alpha version of Genetic Caching to this closed audience and will also present Workfire.com, Inc.'s vision for the coming months.
