Hi James I went to the movie theatre last week and saw two movies- of course they were kiddie movies (Tarzan and Inspector Gadget) but they were great. I loved Tarzan. I think it is one of the best Disney movies ever. I thought Pocohantas was boring and that the story (as it was historical) should not have been tampered with. I didn't like Hercules. I liked Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid and the Lion King- but they all had weaknesses (expecially as children's movies) that this movie didn't have. So for kids, and adults who like kiddy movies, I think Tarzan is fantastic. I have no idea what the critics said about it Inspector Gadget was great too. I especially liked the ending- and the minions support group- my favorite joke of the entire movie. I will say it has some quite adult humor that my 5 year old didn't get. She kept saying "Why is everyone laughing? What's so funny" But she really enjoyed the movie and she wants to own it- which is always a good sign. My older kids liked Gadget too.
