David,

No, I did not go to the stockholder's meeting. It was going to be another real hot day, so I stayed home with the A/C on an figured I could read about it here. I was glad Ernie went and reported his views on the meeting. I am going to hang in and hold on for awhile with my several thousand shares, also in my IRA. Hope the ECO will cause some good things to happen as it's in his best interest also as a shareholder. I don't want to pull the trigger to quick at this time and will wait it out.
