You are absolutely right. This particular time is the hardest time to sell anything - look at Sony and Nintendo dropping the prices on their hardware. The big selling season doesn't start until after the summer. Spring is a deadly time to launch a make-or-break product.

I'd say that you're being generous on the 20,000 figure. They've only ever had one other product sell over that number on a first run and that was when they were spending HUGE bucks on marketing and they still had distribution.

And, finally does anyone know how the rights offering is going? I'm kinda interested to know how many of their current investors actually gave them more money.
