I dont think is an accident that Avalon is from Boca Raton,FL,while all the shorters on Yahoo message board are from Boca also,and how about the U of Miami deal,Boca is only a few miles away from Miami....more likely the prediterman doctor of the panel from U of Miami has a connection with them.The guys on the Yahoo board that shorted SNRS,they claimed they had a party in NY that weekend,and one of them said dont bring the Doc's to the party next time.Just go to the Yahoo board and read all the messages from KINGSHORTER all the way back to the beggining of July.He called on the WSJ letter two days in advance before it happened.The problem here is,even thought AVLN shorted the hell out of this stock,more likely the majority was done from overseas accounts where it would be difficult to trace for the SEC. I have been the victim of atleast 3-5 manipulations like these the past 1 1/2 years and guess what?nobody from these companies has been pennallized for any of these scams.We are long way from becoming a nation where Justice overrules the crooks.
