has signed documents regarding this review.
The review is expected to take 4 to 6 weeks.
These are two major developments for CMEC
putting the company into the next level quickly.

9. June 11 Acquisition of Advice Productions & divisions,
including video productions, and PR/advertising which
service First Security Bank, Franklin-Covey, Nature's
Sunshine, Zions Bank, Browning Arms, Utah Medical
Products and Vinca Software. CMEC now owns
BizNetCard, an interactive multi media presentation
packaged onto custom shaped CDs, which features
personalized corporate marketing & information profiles.
10. May 26-Three Major Distributors sign for CMEC's
Quick Fixx 2000 Product into 595 stores with 80 stores
being added weekly.
11. Real Time Software with 275 VAR outlets will sell
CMEC
Private labeled product.
12. Quick Fixx 2000 Sales to China.
13. 20th Century Associates will sell Private label Y2k
product under "Byte-ME-Y2K" name through their
numerous
distributors, retail chain stores and internet sites.
14. Agreement with Chilton's Automotive Information, a
div. of
Nichols Publishing in Philadelphia to provide internet &
market-
ing services, as well as private label automotive
accessories
to be offered on CMEC's E-Commerce Websites as a year
around
revenue generator with long term growth.
15 CMEC's fixxit.com site for worldwide sales
of their
Y2k Products for retail, distributors and wholesalers
worldwide.
