it's been a while since we've seen this kind of low volume....doesn't look like there are a whole lot of sellers out there right now. if/when interest picks up again, we should see a nice upward move. maybe some news about the possible spin off will help us pick up a little. of course, some good news about some sales would be nice, as well.... greg
