The article is on the money with the exception of, there is no central bank of copper. Wrong, wrong, and wrong, what is different, you do not have the copper companies lined up to do the retailing for a central bank looking to unload supplies, using the producers in ground inventory for collateral. It is not about supplies, it is about the lack of sophistication of the producers and they are so outclassed in the present environment. Because of this sad situation, sentiment is and will remain negative. Speculators are counting on the producers to blink first during a rally, the question is at what price they will cave.
