Unfortunately, Etrade does not allow me to trade shares unless the share certs are in my account-ie no 3 day window. Careful, any moment now someone will come along and start calling you a "flipper". :-) According to IR-they believe about 10% of shareholders who own stock in street name have received their certs. And this would be IR as in Russell Godwin? The same fellow who was selling MXR stock at the same time he was publishing news about how he was acquiring stock? Whose company subsequently underwent a 7:1 (or was it 8:1?) reverse-split and booted him and Gordon House from the Board? That IR? I don't suppose you have a more credible source...?
