Brilliant move (sic)! They cancel a financing over terms last year, when the share price was much higher - and now they go and dilute the shareholders at a much lower price.

The only positive thing that I can see out of this is that hopefully this will finally give them sufficient capital to get listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
