A little more .02 worth, Yes, this all sounds good & I hope the promises are on but this doesn't look like its being accumulated at all, in fact it has a minus $ flow out (35,266k at present)& has for a while now. 10 block trades today & they keep ticking it down. One would think with all the good news coming it would be going the other way..... Puzzling indeed. Don't know about the OS. Then again, it pops on news so.... Just have to sit back and wait to collect....
