I think Timna has only one DRDRAM channel. I'm not certain, but two DRDRAM channels doesn't make sense for a low-end product like Timna. So in your example above, in order to get 64 MB with 128 Mbit technology, you solder four DRDRAM chips onto the single channel. With 256 Mbit technology, the chip count drops to two.

I think you might be confused with Sony's Emotion engine (Playstation II), which will feature two DRDRAM channels and one 128 Mbit chip soldered on each channel for high bandwidth and low cost.
