Actually both Earl and Russell have informally estimated the 10% based on their conversations with shareholders that they have spoken with.

Earl too? This is the guy who's cold-calling trying to sell CDCH shares and saying that MDHM has 111M shares out there when you include the options.

Of course not. Let me say it slowly: Russell claimed to be buying stock when he was in fact selling. It's an issue of credibility: it's that simple. Whether this constitutes a regulatory or criminal action is something for the authorities to decide.
