I live above Sacramento in a small town and with all joking set aside, if something does happen the rats will flee from the big cities to the suburbs and in my case mountains. It could be a scary time if it goes for a few months unresolved. Lack of necessities such as food, fuel, water, and electricity shortages, is a perfect time for terrorists to make hay. I hope all goes well but if not better safe than hungry.
