Re: New Posters

Think what you will.

I don't know what your first exposure to MTI was or the extent of your holdings or losses. My original position unfortunately extends back to January of 1996. At one time myself and associates like dumb bunnies acquired almost 500M shares. Today that position is down to about 400M with an average cost about 1/4. We were fortunate enough to trade in and out sometimes at a decent profit other times at significantlosses.

One of the many Chinese proverbs which makes a great deal of sense is that Silence is golden. As history now confirms many of us holding this stock and talking incessantly on various threads about it really were ignorant of what was really taking place. The beating that so many of us took and I guess that includes you is evidence of that.

FWIW, IMO, the slim sliver of hope for any chance of survival as a viable business that MTI has is to defeat PM & friends in the courts. This is not to say that we will then live happily ever after. Reality being what it is.

The court battle stems from Morris trying to gain control of MDIS and DESIS under the guise that MTI holding did not have authority to dismiss him. This was based on his claim of being COO and a Director of these subsidiaries. The defence presented by MTI IMHO alledged that PM committed serious breeches of performance including possible criminal acts while acting in his capacity as coo.

You are free to take this at face value or challange all or any part of these comments.I choose to take this information from sources that should be in a position to have a better perspective of what is now taking place then most of the other commentators I have heard from on this thread.
In any event I wish us better luck in the future than we have had in the past. Ora Pronobis.
