Oxford-Knight International, Inc. to Act as Own
Transfer Agent/Call-In of Stock Mandatory

GRAND ISLAND, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 2, 1999--Oxford-Knight
International, Inc. (OTC BB:OKTI), through its President and CEO, Paul
Syracuse announced today that it will begin to act as its own transfer agent in
the coming weeks.

According to Paul Syracuse, "This decision has been made for various
reasons...it will save us much in funds which can be better utilized elsewhere,
we can better service the needs of our shareholders, and for security issues."
As a result of OKTI self-clearing, the company's stock will have a new CUSIP
number, and old CUSIP shares will need to be redeemed for new CUSIP
shares. This is a full mandatory call-in of all stock. The company will notify
shareholders by mail as to how this process will work, and what exactly needs
to be done.
