I only have 100 Shares of SFE. Rights showed up in my Discover
Brokerage Acct. last week. Received prospectus in mail for ICGE on
Fri., for USIT on Sat. Called broker today, he took my order to
buy 5 sh. of USIT and 10 sh. of ICGE. Fee is $35 each.

Probably not worth my while but I will find out how the system works.
