I find it hard to believe that nobody is buying the warrants, I know
the spread is wicked, but the gearing against the current stock price is excellent! This stock goes to 2 and those warrants will be at 1/4
It goes to $8 and they will be at $4 (Warrants usually trade at half
exercise price at point where stock hits exercise price).
NOW:
$1000 @3/16 = 5300 warrants
$1000 @7/8 = 1100 stock

at stock price of $8:

5300 * $4 = $21376 ie $20376 profit on warrants
1100 * $8 = $ 8800 ie $7800 profit on stock

Now THAT is nice gearing!
