IAN--- and I cannot wait for the uptick to begin. Once the selloff is done the yield will be 17 - 20%. Even if they drop the div next year (heaven forbid) we should still see 10 - 14%. When that realization hits the share price should rebound. I am looking to buy during this debacle! Not doing a double but a quadruple of my holding... I hope it gets to 9 1/2 <gggggggggg>
