PCIE just got some real solid free publicity in Transworld SNOWboarding Business, August '99 issue. Two articles on pgs 15 and 36 talk about Mike Plunkett, new VP of Mfg. and I quote, " In this time of over capacity and consolidation, expertise like Plunkett's isn't a luxury, it's a precursor for survival." Add that to the latest Businesswire press release where PCIE is forecasting a first time in the history of the company Q3 and Q4 profit and it looks like this company has not only survived but is growing. P.S.: K2 buying Ride eliminates Ride's Corona, Calif. factory as an OEM source. With Plunkett on board at France Sports, my guess is that PCIE will be picking up some new customers.
