the PR was dated in Feb 97. A lot of water has gone under the bridge since then. Nonetheless, price target is a fuzzy thing. Remember them folks at Prudential who woke up on the wrong side of bed one morning and told the world the best of INTC is behind the company, even though the analyst maintained a price target of 175! Welcome to the brokerage world of double speak. Another of my favorite is maintaining *a long term buy* which really means "even though we used to push this stk to people yesterday, we change our mind today."

anyway, if one can afford to sit on CSCC without any lien (margin,) it may provide quite a decent return from today price (of course, many of us bought the stk when the knife was still falling - ouch!)
