Max,

I sold off my SBTK on 7/22 at 25 1/8, when I was selling a variety of stocks to reduce overall exposure to the market. Nothing to do with SBTK, but I am happy I did so. I haven't been paying close attention since, but did buy some this morning at 13 for a trade, sold a little later at 16.

So while I have no position, I am thinking of buying back in once the price settles down. Nothing Pluvia posted has come true (no restatement, no auditor resignation, no halt). They will miss earnings because of an accounting change in the way they book future sales to distributors, but that will be a temporary impact. The new divisions and possible IPO of OneMedPlace.com should be good news for the stock price longer term. SBTK will pay a shareholder dividend as part of the IPO to existing holders, and is likely to announce an outside investor in OneMedPlace prior to the IPO.

All in all, a mixed report, bad short term but good longer term. As I am cautious about the overall market and am generally reducing positions still, not sure when or if I will buy back in to SBTK. But I think we could see a bounce back over 20 if further news on One MedPlace is forthcoming.
