Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ:EPAY), a leading provider of Internet payment and electronic commerce solutions, and J.D. Edwards & Company (NASDAQ:JDEC), a leading provider of enterprise business software, have renewed their strategic partnership. The alliance provides customers with the ability to integrate Bottomline's PayBase payment technology tools with J.D. Edwards OneWorld(tm) and WorldSoftware(tm) for a completely automated disbursement and receipt solution.
Bottomline's PayBase provides organizations with a fully integrated, enterprise-wide payment management system. The PayBase suite includes ACH (Automated Clearing House) and Financial EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) payment tools, the LaserCheck(R) printing system, an Electronic Remittance Advice Delivery System (ERADS), and a check fraud avoidance package. J.D. Edwards' OneWorld and WorldSoftware enterprise business solutions are designed to allow organizations to more efficiently manage and execute business functions such as manufacturing, finance, distribution/logistics and human resources and enables integrated end-to-end supply chains.
