Pat, sadly yours was the most substantive post this afternoon, and it was about lobster wrestling. Pitiful! Pitiful, as Jed Clampett used to say.. . . . I just spoke with Paul Henry (Yale '69) to gain some insight on Thursday's filing. He said this was a short form registration; one can file for up to 20% of the total number of shares filed for in a recent registration. Having these shares registered allows for conversion of the last bit of the PP; doing it earlier than necessary avoids penalties. The balance of these shares will be cancelled when the new financing is finalized. The new financing, according to Mr. Henry, will be at a fixed price above the market. Also, there will be a holding period; the shares will not be immediately tradable. Regards, Suzanne
