Hi. You caution that since the tech market corrected more last summer than it has done this time, that it may go down more. But last summer a weak PC and chip outlook triggered it, this time there is no slowdown in the forecast, quite the opposite. That makes me think that we are probably now at the low of techs. On the other hand, if a longer term trend is started with another rate increase or two, then maybe you will be right (I think not and thus I'm now on the buying side, small caps only.)
