Allen, thanks for noting that one of my value stocks is now an arbitrage play: CTZ. At about 48 today after Sunday's announced buyout offer of 52. I think the deal will be completed. That is, I haven't a clue why it might not be -g-. For me, the issue with the offer of 52 is that it's stock and cash, and I don't know what the terms are. I'll hold my shares until I get more details, but I won't add. Because possibility CTZ stock might now fluctuate in tandem with stock price of the acquirer. Paul.
