The stock finished at its daily high on a day that the market started to tank on the close. It's trading at 13 times 1999 estimated earnings, has a 1999 to 98 growth rate of about 65%, and is rated 2 for timeliness by Valueline. It also bounced up off of its Point & Figure bullish support line this morning. This all adds up to low risk IMHO.
