I checked again today on LR's SEC filings on FREEdgar.com and found that both of LR's previous filings (10-12B and 10-12B/A)were gone.

But LR's filings can still be found on the SEC.gov site:

sec.gov

You will need to scroll down to the words "Lanier Worldwide."
