Doug: We can ask that question for you, but I do not think the consortium will have a negative impact on e-data. I will see what I can do, and I feel certain Mel will also. I am hopeful that Traci from Bloomberg will give this company a fair shot. She should because if they would have to go through the entire litigating process and they recieved a positive decision and she had been negative about the prospects, she wouldn't appear in the smart bright light.
