Exactly; the more successful T is, the more subscribers they get, the more they overload their system, the worse service becomes; and the current lawsuit is only one of the first signs. In NYC there are lines and lines of people at the Sprint stores while the T stores are almost deserted... Of course, there's probably a lot more T stores, but still... and where I work, 2 guys only recently gave their T phones away(ERICY, I believe) and went with Bell Atlantic.
