A question sent to me. On Raging Bull, Pot of Gold is stating that MMDL is still trading. She even has the volume through June 1999. Can you explain this to someone who does not know who is telling the truth.

Yes I can ... Pot of Gold is an enemy of the stock. Plain and simple. She posts lots of so called DD but I agree as a novice and unskilled at DD someone like her can in fact look very convincing with her convenient twisting of information. She is good but she will not take on anyone of merit or experienced at doing Due diligence. When she gets nailed she disappears and her side kicks come board for personal attacks and cheering her own.

One even has an office, noimporta, that overlooks central park in Manhatten. DUH! Seems that today researching Nesbitt Burns I discovered there is an office in Manhattan and guess what it overlooks, you got it, central park. Small world huh.

OK to the twisting of information POG has put out. Oh by the way I do not do DD only she is capable of DD according to her supporters.

Go to this site and compare the trading for the following:
ORXX Oct 1998 (I know Orex was not even thought of then) otcbb.com
MMDL Oct 1998 otcbb.com

They are exactly the same because the NASD tracks the volume of the cusip and because it was a reverse merger the volume trading will show up on both tickers where in fact it should only be ORXX. Now once the year 1999 closes out MMDL will disappear and volume will only show for ORXX.

PLease understand this little glitch in the NASD site and is used probably the most by the shorters/nays/whatever to gain credibility as being this great due diligence person they tout. They never tell or show the entire truth but merely conveniently twist it to their agenda. Be careful who you believe on line.

While I am at it, she stated MMDL and ORXX never had a Transfer Agent.

Well yes they did ... Interncontinental Stock was the transfer Agent until the first week of June and the Orex company changed it to Mamouth Stock... Now during the first few weeks of this the records were in limbo transfering between the transfer agents. But we have a faxed record of a certificate on 6/22/99 from Intercontential but remember now she claims there was not one on July 29th I believe.

There has always been a transfer Agent. Also the name change to Orex from Lucky Seven Mines happened at the time of the reverse merger though she states they did not exist because they had expired. Well that expiration was correct but in order to do the reverse merger the charter had to be paid up in full. Just more convenient truth with a twist. This lady is suppose to be an attorney and any good attorney is never going to put out the whole truth just enough to serve their side or agenda. I am not an attorney just a moron here in stockbridge ga. Cows mooing, chickens clucking. etc.

PLEASE understand POG, noimporta and their friends or supporters are twisting everything to make this company look like a scam.

Again just be careful who you believe. POG likes certain sites on the internet which a novice DDer can use also but she rarely has anything of complete truth because she never puts out the whole truth instead she twists in conveniently to her own agenda. This is why I tell people to do your own DD and verify everything.

Hope this helps.
