Management fees is a hot topic on the Yahoo board. Many seems to think that the stock trades at a significant discount because management are trying to screw shareholders on fees. The catch may be a greedy management team.

Anyway, management options are priced over $17 per share. So, there is no possible dilution at current price. The price must go up in order for management to exercise their options at a profit and cause dilution in the process.
