Looked at the long term chart yesterday...The stock dipped to 1 1/8 then rallied back the next day to 2 on or around June 23rd. The stock did the same thing last Thursday (down to 1 1/8) then rallied back to 1 3/4 on Friday. The stock rallied to 1 7/8 today then fell to 1 and closed 1 1/4. This is not a normal trading pattern (on very heavy volume) by any stretch of the imagination. I read the SEC filings on EDGAR today...Have to admit I was somewhat surprised by the number of shares outstanding (28.9 million)...the self dealings by insiders re consulting contracts and debt repayments...the nature of the product itself when no one on the board apparently has any technical expertise (ie, Dr. Coleman has degrees in psychology and a PHD in psychology from something called Pacific University...Is that a correspondence PHD, or just what??) Who at AIMH is behind the development of the product? Who is the technical advisor to the company...nothing was mentioned in the filings...Who developed the product in the first case...Was it Coleman...Perhaps I've underestimated his talents and I mean that in all sincerity. This situation is really strange to say the least!
