Kit, In answer to your questions...

Sometimes it isn't so important when you get in a super growth stock like PRST, but that you ARE in. I'm sure you feel more comfortable with the close today.

The percieved gross profit of $7.00 per plate (quoted by Cabot and others) is in fact much higher than the net effective profit. That number is not public knowledge as far as I know. My guess of 10% made to the Public Relations Dept. at PRST today was kind of laughed at. So, it is certainly over $1.00 per plate with the indication that it will improve markedly as their new holding Catalina Coating will provide the technology to further increase the profit line.

The last projection of earnings I can find are dated in the Fall of 95 and are as follows:

96 - .70
97 - 2.42
98 - 5.59
99 - 9.12
2000 - 12.69

These numbers are old and are listed in PRST issued reports. Source is Penn Merchant Group. PRST has made many changes and press releases that should affect the above numbers in a positive way.

Share ask price on 05-29 was as low as 147...If you did buy, your up by 15 today.

PRST board has not authorized split nor has it been discussed by the board to date. PRST public relations is being especially careful NOT TO COMMENT on any future meeting or any future target date. They will also not comment on any information of this type prior to Board action or announcement.

Shareholder Relations is partially contibuting the drop of PRST share price to possible shareholder disappointment at no split announcement in the Annual meeting after Cabot buildup. I got the feel that PRST will announce the split sometime in the near future.

Learned that today, that as a reward to employees there was a special PRST company cookout lasting for 2 hours that closed the offices during mid day, as directors and CEO reviewed the shareholder meeting and company direction with ALL employees. When requesting the employee reaction to the meeting from the Relations Dept. the response was "excitement and satisfaction."

Hope some of this helped,

Neil
