Short answer to the previous reply, If you read well the Webbasic page, you'll realize that they are not aiming at the same market as Sun is with Java. As I mentionned earlier, Java is a very powerful language and will probably be used mainly for Intranets in big corporations. Webbasic will be useful, but for other tasks, as it answers different issues. Now lets hear what you guys have to say on the Active X vs Java battle. Is Active X a threat to Java ?
