(NASDAQ:FCSE, FCSEW) (BSE: FCS FCSW) announced today that it has elected Timothy E. Mahoney to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Mahoney has over 18 years of experience in the computing industry where he has held a variety of positions culminating as president of several successful high tech start ups including SyQuest Technology, SyDOS Division, and Rodime Systems Inc. He is a pioneer in the personal computing business where he is regarded as an expert in the commercialization of technology, its production and mass distribution on a worldwide basis. As part of his experiences, Mr. Mahoney has successfully raised capital through public offerings, private equity placements and the sale of businesses. In 1994, he
founded Union Atlantic L.C. a merchant bank that provides emerging technology companies access to professional management and capital, for the purpose of expediting corporate development. Currently, he is chairman of Tallard Technologies BV, a $130M PC products distributor/value added reseller serving Latin America.
