From ragingbull on upcoming yahoo dilution: ---------------------------- For Yahoo to pay 17 billion dollars, they would have to issue 130 million new Yahoo shares. Yahoo does not have 17 billion dollars of cash in the bank. Not even ONE billion. This would amount to more than 50% dilution of Yahoo stock. Expect a huge gap down in the morning. Probably 20 points or more.
