OT YHOO LOL, party safely. Seriously, if this deal happens on the terms rumored in BW, YHOO management should be led away by folks in white coats. (Then again, I never thought the original ATHM-XCIT deal would happen, and still think that had more to do with TJ saying, "F## you!" to the MSOs than with any rational business plan.) I shorted a little YHOO when it couldn't break 140 today (got filled at 138, and for an amount that looks like a rounding error relative to what you have at stake) but am only targeting 120 or so. There's also a decent chance the company denies any ongoing merger talks and catches everyone leaning the wrong way...
