Curtis, I'm scheduled for a conference call with Carl on Monday after the market closes. They should have audited earnings for 1996 that day. They will also be able to give and idea of what kind of sales they have had in the last couple of weeks. If they deliver with their earnings, they will be way ahead of other small-caps who make promises and are never able to keep them. Keep in mind there are a number of small holders (500-5000 shares), these type of investors panic real easily. This stock used to be at 5 1/2. I'm sure there are some people who need the money and can't afford to lose anymore. Plus Catalyst used a shell for their ability to trade shares. Previous owners normally do not want anything to do with a new company, regardless of their new story. Plus you have had a big sell off on the Dow right before an off day. Once Catalyst applies for NASDAQ small cap, they have to maintain a price of $3 for 20 consecutive business days. RMJ is very comfortable that this will happen with the news that will be coming out over the next few weeks.
