Harpo, excellent question.... how was Source able to come up with a new deal within hours of scrapping the old one. Don't these things take time? Or, perhaps, was the deal off some time ago and Source neglected to share this material info with shareholders? Or, was the current definitive agreement deal with Insight done on a whim to make it look like SRCM had some sort of financing in place to keep them afloat, when in reality there is no Insight deal, just a press release? Without some sort of "bail out" financing, SRCM is BK. That is a statement you can take to de Bank(rupty court)...
