Jim Gold, Etrade's prospective is the DTC has not given Etrade their allottment of Medinah Gold Shares. They insist that is not their fault. They say it is either the DTC/Transfer Agent/or Medinah Mining's fault. Of course if you call the Transfer agent or Medinah-they point the fingers at everyone else. The DTC seems to be key-I am not sure who to contact there but I'm opened to suggestions!

It is quite clear there is not enough shares to go around-the process that was used to distribute what shares there was available is a little fuzzy and how all this is going to be resolved is a little fuzzy to me. Currently, I am going to await a reasonable amount of time for a lead shareholder to setup forward and start a class action lawsuit against whoever has committed this fraud. If nobody steps forward-I will seek my own legal counsel. In the case of ETRADE-they have already been turned over to the NASD for enforcement action although this avenue will not resolve anything-just sanction them for actions already committed-ie appearing to not have legitimate shares to begin with.

How all this will end is anybody guess but lets hope this story has a happy ending!
